The governor of Osun state, Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola has eulogized the leadership values of Chief Adebayo Adefarati describing him as a leader that left indelible marks in the sand of time.
Aregbesola made the remark recently during his visit to the house of late Chief Adebayo Adefarati while on his way to his alma mater, Akoko Aglican grammar school, Arigidi Akoko golden jubilee anniversary.
The governor paid tribute to the former governor and visited the Adefarati mausoleum in company of Otunba Gboyega Adefarati, the son of the late sage, Hon Saka Lawal and others.
Ogbeni Rauf later commissioned the Asiwaju Bola Tinubu Computer centre built and donated to the school by Aregbesola.
While answering questions from journalists, Aregbesola said his decision to donate the project to the school was informed by the development in the modern society.
“It is almost difficult to do anything in our contemporary world without the knowledge of computer. It will come to a period when people will find it difficult to do anything without the knowledge of computer. So I felt we need to think along this line”, he said.
